A FL FAV! Pork shoulder, rubbed in our secret blend of spices and slow smoked for 10 hours, Shaved imported ham, pickles, Swiss cheese and our Habanero Gold BBQ sauce layered on a French roll and grill pressed to perfection.   

A Chicago original! Slow SMOKED beef in our signature blend of herbs and spices and house made bone broth, then sliced THIN and piled on our local baked hoagie roll. Served with a side of Au Jus.

Not a PHILLY.  Prime Beef Brisket seasoned with our signature rub and smoked low and slow for 14 hours served up on a French bread roll with our house made cheese sauce, green peppers, onions and mushrooms. 

Like a Texas Roadhouse. Our slow smoked Prime Beef Brisket piled high on a buttery brioche bun and topped with Tillamook cheddar cheese, crispy onion strings and our Chicago style BBQ sauce.  

Slow-smoked pork shoulder, hand-pulled and piled high on a buttery brioche bun. Choose between our Chicago-style BBQ sauce or our Gold Mustard Habanero sauce. Topped with creamy coleslaw and served with crisp pickles on the side.
