Our Philosophy
Smoked Stupid was built on a simple belief: good food shouldn’t come with shortcuts. We’re a locally owned Las Vegas smokehouse and deli serving up slow-smoked meats, handcrafted sandwiches, and scratch-made sides and sauces.
From grinding our own brisket for burgers to slicing our smoked meats fresh to order, we take pride in every detail. We believe in real ingredients, generous portions, and treating every customer like they’re part of the family.
We’re not here to do barbecue like everyone else. We’re here to do it our way, and do it right.

From our brisket cheesesteak and smoked Italian beef to our house-ground brisket burgers, we’re bringing something different to the Las Vegas food scene.
And don’t sleep on our wings! We dry brine them for 24 hours, smoke them low and slow, then flash fry them for that perfect crispy skin and juicy, smoky bite.
No shortcuts, no cutting corners. Just really damn good food.
